I have a food cart. I take it to a flea market and I need some good food. Simple breakfast sandwitches etc. Also I need some ideas for lunch… Thanks
Hummus veggie wrap- add one can of chickpeas, juice and all to blender. One quarter-cup of tahini (sesame seed paste) juice of two lemons or one quarter cup of store juice, 5-6 cloves of garlic, Olive Oil to taste (or none) put in Food Processor until smooth, and consistent. Salt to taste.
buy tortillas or pita.
Nuke random veggies in microwave with a splash of water for 1-2 minutes or until taste juicy, firm and cooked.
spread hummus on tortilla/pita
wrap veggies with some brown rice or lettuce-tomato and onions.
make/buy guac in its naturallest state and spread on wrap/bread with cooked black beans and brown rice, and add salsa.

Nuked veggies are the most useful tip I can offer. They always taste good, and cut cooking time to minimum.
for breakfast- try menshealth.com recipes. They always have apetizing, Healthy Recipes for breafast omelettes, which can easily be downsized, and plopped onto a roll for a “breakfast sandwich.”
Always use a variety of seasonings, and taste and smell them before adding.
Roast chicken with parsley sage, rosemary and thyme as the old song goes is also scrumptious on a roll with white rice and/ or european vegetables.
always add lemon/lime juice or tomatoes to food before salt. The #1 reason for over-salting is the lack of acids in food.
